About

We build thesystems businessesactually keep.

A small senior team building AI systems for businesses that are losing money quietly — to unanswered calls, forgotten follow-ups and enquiries that arrive after six.

  • Senior team
  • Limited builds at a time
  • Work you own

Why we exist

Not a marketing problem. An operations problem.

What is not happening

  • Answering at seven in the evening
  • Following up more than once
  • Asking past customers back

Nearly every business we look at is already paying for enough demand. What it is not doing is answering at seven in the evening, following up more than once, or asking the customer from eighteen months ago whether they want to come back. None of that is a marketing problem. It is an operations problem, and it is the kind a system solves permanently.

That is the entire premise of this company. Everything we sell is a way of closing one of those gaps, priced so that the cheapest version of it is affordable to a business that has never bought software before.

What we believe

Four positionsthat decide everything else.

None of these is a slogan. Each one costs us money in a specific way, which is the only test of whether a position is real.

  1. Most businesses don't have a lead problem

They have a follow-up problem. Before anyone should spend another dollar on ads, the enquiries already arriving need to be answered — every one of them, at every hour. Adding volume to a leaking system is the most expensive mistake in this category, and it is the one the whole industry is built on selling.

  2. Automation that nobody maintains gets worse

A system launched and abandoned decays: prices change, services change, and the conversations drift further from reality every month. This is why every build we run includes monthly tuning from real transcripts. It is also why we would rather run three systems well than sell you fourteen and disappear.

  3. The handoff matters more than the AI

The valuable part is not what the system can answer. It is knowing precisely where to stop and pass a person to a person. Getting that boundary wrong is how automation embarrasses a business, and tuning it is most of the craft.

  4. You should be able to leave

Everything is built in accounts you own — numbers, data, code, integrations. If you want to stop, you keep all of it and we help with the handover. A system that only holds a client because leaving is painful was never working in the first place.

How we work

Deliberatelysmall.

Four working rules. They are the reason we can promise the things on the next screen and mean them.

  • Small on purpose

We take on a limited number of builds at a time. You deal directly with the person building your system rather than an account manager relaying messages to them. That is the honest advantage of working with us — and the honest limit.

  • Senior only

Nothing is handed to a junior to learn on. The person who scoped your build is the person who writes it and the person who reads the transcripts afterwards.

  • Written down

Scope, escalation rules, prices and what happens when it breaks are all in writing before anything goes live. Verbal agreements are how projects end in disagreement.

  • Boring where it counts

Staged rollouts, tested rollbacks, monitoring, accounts in your name. The interesting engineering belongs in the conversation design, not in the deployment.

What you can hold us to

Four promises,in writing,before you pay.

Each of these is verifiable before you spend anything, and each one is a thing you can hold us to afterwards.

  • You own all of it

Code, domains, phone numbers, ad accounts, customer data, every integration. Everything is built in accounts that belong to you, and you keep them if you leave.

  • You approve every word

No message, script or automated call reaches a customer until you have read it and signed it off. Nothing is a black box you are asked to trust.

  • Month to month after the build

We ask for enough term to cover the build itself, then it runs month to month. Systems that work do not need a contract to keep you.

  • We will tell you not to buy

If the thing costing you money is not something we sell — or you are too early to need it — we will say so on the call. A bad-fit client costs us more than the fee is worth.

And what we won't do

Five thingscompetitors quietly do.

  • We won't hide bad reviews

Review gating breaks Google's policy and FTC rules. Everyone gets asked; unhappy customers additionally get a private line to you first. Nobody is ever blocked from posting.

  • We won't send cold email from your main domain

It is the fastest way to destroy the deliverability of the address you actually run your business from. Outbound goes on separate, warmed domains or it does not go.

  • We won't have the AI claim to be human

If a caller asks directly, it tells the truth. Beyond being the right thing to do, disclosure is already law in several US states and is heading that way in the EU.

  • We won't lock you into our hosting

We deploy to your accounts and hand over every credential. Platforms that hold your site hostage are how agencies keep clients who want to leave.

  • We won't quote a package you don't need

Most businesses need two or three of our systems, not fourteen. Selling the full stack to someone who needs a text-back service is how this industry earned its reputation.

The fastest way to judge us is to talk to us.

Twenty minutes. We look at where your enquiries come from and where they stop, and tell you what is worth building — including nothing, if that is the answer.
