Lead Follow-Up System
The chasing your team keeps meaning to do.
Convert
Revenue hiding in the list you already own.
The problem
Built for
You have hundreds of past customers who liked you fine and simply never came back. Nobody has contacted them since the invoice.
Campaigns that reactivate your existing database — lapsed customers, dead quotes, old enquiries — with a reason to return that is specific to how long they have been gone and what they bought last time.
How it works
A customer who bought once eighteen months ago needs a different message from a quote that went cold last week. One blast to everyone is what makes re-engagement fail.
Each segment gets a specific, plausible reason to come back now. 'Just checking in' does not work and we do not send it.
Responses route into booking or your team, so a successful campaign does not just create a pile of unanswered replies.
What you get
What changes
Described as mechanisms, not percentages. We publish results when they are ours to publish, with the client's name on them.
What it costs
Quoted for you,
not for a category.
We do not publish a price for this, because the honest number depends on things we cannot know from a web page: how many locations, how complex the routing, how much has to integrate with what you already run. You get your actual figure on the first call — before any proposal, and with no obligation to take it.
Questions
Contacting existing customers is generally permitted, but the rules differ sharply by region — GDPR and PECR in the EU and UK, CAN-SPAM and TCPA in the US. We build to the stricter standard, include opt-outs everywhere, and will tell you when something you want to send is not worth the risk.
It usually is. Cleaning and de-duplicating the list is part of the first month's work.
Most businesses can sustain a meaningful campaign every four to eight weeks before the list fatigues. We would rather run fewer, better campaigns.
