Review Management

Ask everyone. Catch problems before they post.

  • Monthly system
  • Live in about a week
  • Yours to own

The problem

Built for

  • Local businesses competing in map results
  • Any category where buyers compare ratings before calling
  • Businesses with great service and a thin review count

Your happy customers say nothing. Your one furious customer writes four hundred words. That is the average of what a stranger sees before they call you.

Every customer gets asked at the right moment, through the channel they actually read. Positive experiences are routed to public review sites; negative ones are intercepted into a private conversation with you first.

How it works

No black box. This is the whole mechanism.

  1. Ask at the right moment

Timed to just after the service was delivered, when goodwill is highest. Ask a week later and you get silence.

  2. Route by sentiment

Satisfied customers get a one-tap path to Google or wherever matters. Unhappy ones reach you privately, so you can fix it before it becomes public.

  3. Respond to everything

Drafted responses for every review, positive and negative. Prospects read the replies as closely as the reviews.

What you get

  • Automated review requests by SMS, WhatsApp and email
  • Sentiment routing to protect your public rating
  • One-tap links to Google and industry platforms
  • Drafted responses for every incoming review
  • Alerts on negative reviews within minutes
  • Monthly rating and volume reporting

What changes

  • Every customer is asked, instead of only the angry ones volunteering
  • Problems reach you privately before they reach Google
  • Review volume becomes steady rather than sporadic

Described as mechanisms, not percentages. We publish results when they are ours to publish, with the client's name on them.

What it costs

Quoted for you,
not for a category.

We do not publish a price for this, because the honest number depends on things we cannot know from a web page: how many locations, how complex the routing, how much has to integrate with what you already run. You get your actual figure on the first call — before any proposal, and with no obligation to take it.

Questions

AboutReview Management.

Is filtering out bad reviews allowed?

Suppressing or gating reviews violates Google's policies and, in the US, FTC rules. What we do is different and legitimate: everyone is asked, and unhappy customers are additionally offered a direct line to you first. Nobody is ever prevented from posting.

Can you remove an existing bad review?

Only the platform can, and only if it breaches their policy. We will help you contest those, but anyone promising to delete legitimate negative reviews is lying to you.

Which platforms?

Google is almost always the priority. We add industry-specific ones — Trustpilot, Healthgrades, Avvo, Yelp — based on where your buyers actually look.
